Watermelon Fruit Pizza

These IG-ready watermelon fruit pizzas are almost too pretty eat. (But it will happen, don’t worry.)

Let’s talk about the perfection of the watermelon for a second: It’s refreshing, sweet, and incredibly versatile — you can make watermelon smoothies, watermelon popsicles, watermelon granita…you get the picture.

For this watermelon “pizza,” Greek yogurt is the “sauce,” adds a pop of protein, and creates a tart-and-creamy contrast to the fruit.

Top it with fresh, juicy blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and kiwi and you’ve got a brilliant flavor profile.
