Snickerdoodle Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Shakeology
- ⅓ cup / 80 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- ¼ medium ripe avocado
Instructions

Place Shakeology, coconut milk, and avocado in blender or small food processor; cover. Blend until very smooth.

Transfer to a small bowl or ramekin. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. Enjoy within 24 hours.
