How to Do the Brawler
1. Take your feet wide, with one hand down, palm facing the floor. With your opposite hand, make a fist and raise it nice and high.
2. With your back heel lifted, open your chest and bend your knees and drop your body weight down as you strike. Then lift your chest open, and bring your arm back up.
