Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ large banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, Shakeology, and chia seeds to a 16-oz. (450-ml) jar (or sealable container); stir until well mixed and no lumps remain. Seal jar.

  2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight).

  3. Top with yogurt and banana just before serving.

  4. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
