Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml brewed herbal tea (or green tea), chilled
  • 1 cup / 250 g ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey (or Vanilla Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. fresh (or ground) ginger

Instructions

  1. Place tea, ice, Shakeology, honey, and ginger in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; serve immediately.
