Tropical Smoothie Bowl Shakeology
This tropical smoothie bowl with Strawberry Shakeology tastes like a sunny beach holiday.
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- ¼ cup / 50 g frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel (lemon zest)
- ½ tsp. pure coconut extract
- ¼ large banana, sliced
- ¼ cup / 40 g sliced strawberries
- 3 unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, pineapple, lemon peel, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a shallow bowl. Top with banana, strawberries, macadamia nuts, coconut, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
