Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

Get your camera ready – a photo of this gorgeous Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl recipe is sure to brighten up your Instagram feed.

It begins with Strawberry Shakeology as a base. To that, we added blueberries, banana, blackberries, and a variety of nuts and seeds to give it texture and healthy omega-3 fats. Plenty of ice thickens it up and makes it look and taste almost like ice cream. Because ice cream for breakfast, yes, please!

In the recipe below, you’ll see that we blended fruit directly into the smoothie, but in the video, we didn’t.

You’re welcome to do make your Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl either way. If you’re just looking to make a shake, by all means, blend everything together. If you want a photo-ready smoothie bowl, you might want to hold off on blending the fruit and reserve it to layer on top.
