  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey (or Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
  • ½ cup / 75 g fresh (or frozen) blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted walnuts, chopped


  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, blackberries, and walnuts in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
