How to Make a Watermelon Bowl

It may look super fancy, but making a watermelon bowl is super easy.

Simply cut a mini watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon or a melon baller from one half and voila — a fancy bowl for your Bahama Smash mocktail. (Save the other half of the watermelon for an easy, healthy snack).

Vanilla Whey Shakeology, coconut milk, and frozen banana create a creamy base for this smoothie bowl, while tart lime and rum extract elevate the flavor profile.

Blend everything up and pour into your watermelon bowl and start sipping on the flavors of summer.

Or pour your Bahama Smash into a glass and garnish with a slice of watermelon.

Either way, you’re in for a frosty, refreshing, and nutrient-dense smoothie that’s perfect for cooling off on a hot day.
