Sabrina D. was looking for something fast & simple to get her back into great shape. With 22 Minute Hard Corps, she lost 12 pounds and 4 inches! Here’s her story in her own words:
“I was in good shape, but my nutrition wasn’t the best. My goal was to lean out, gain muscle, and dial in my nutrition.
What appealed most to me about 22 Minute Hard Corps was the length of the workouts and the boot camp style. I wanted something mindless and effective. I never got bored thanks to the alternating workouts. The military mindset was exactly what I needed to stay focused on the more difficult moves. Tony took the emotion out of working out, and pressing play just became a habit. The length of the workout also kept my excuses in check. The cadence motivated me to keep up with the platoon. I wasn’t able to keep up in the beginning, so when I was able to match their pace, it felt like a huge accomplishment.
Tony Horton was the perfect combination of no-nonsense and humor. He made me feel like I was completely capable of completing every move. I also enjoyed how he interacted with the cast. The mutual respect between all of them gave off a great energy. I was totally in the zone and pushed harder.I was skeptical about being able to get results in 22 minutes a day.
At first, I was skeptical about being able to get results in 22 minutes a day. I was floored by how effective the 22 Minute Hard Corps training was and how strong I got in such a short amount of time. I wasn’t able to do one pull up with the assist when I started, or do a full pushup. That isn’t the case now. My progress has been mind blowing.
After finishing 22 Minute Hard Corps, I feel pretty proud of myself. Everything has improved and I feel incredible! My results have caused quite the stir on social media. I was floored by the response, actually!”
