P90X3 Results: Drew Lost 17 Pounds and Won $500!

Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
Before starting, all I would do is eat junk food, lay on the couch, and watch T.V.. Pretty unfulfilled life.

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I have two kids that depend on me for everything as they should. I didn’t want to be that lazy person anymore. I wanted to be something bigger then myself. I wanted to do more with, and for, my kids.

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody® help you overcome that challenge?
The biggest challenge was getting motivated and staying motivated. With P90X3, I knew it was only a 30 min intense workout. Everyday I would just remind myself that it’s only a half hour and to get it done. Those 30 minutes always flew by, and I was so much happier that I got it done.

What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
The 30 minutes it only took to get the body that I wanted.

Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I am most proud of the tone definition that i got. I look more lean than I probably was in high school. Not to mention my body fat has been the lowest it has been since the beginning of college.

How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
I am 1000 times more active then what I use to be. I don’t watch any T.V. at all. I only eat healthy foods. No junk food at all anymore. And I hit the gym every morning. Not to mention my mood is way better.
