  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Whey (or Café Latte Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
  • 1 cup / 85 g frozen cauliflower florets (or cauliflower rice)
  • ½ cup / 120 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt 
  • ½ large banana


  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, cauliflower, yogurt, and banana in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; serve immediately.
