Power Latte Shakeology
This Cafe Latte Shakeology recipe contains a secret weapon to help you beat back those cravings when they hit!
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup / 250 g ice
- 1 scoop Café Latte Whey (or Café Latte Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
- 1 cup / 85 g frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup / 125 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- ½ large banana
Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, cauliflower, banana, and yogurt in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; serve immediately.
