If you can’t get enough of peach season, then this Peaches and Creme Shake is the stuff of dreams.

This recipe calls for sliced frozen peaches, so if it’s winter and frozen peaches are all that’s available, roll with it.

But if you can get your hands on fresh, juicy peaches at the peak of the summer season then go for fresh.

Ingredients

  • cup / 160 ml water
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • ½ cup / 60 g sliced fresh (or frozen) peaches

Instructions

  1. Place water, lemon juice, ice, Shakeology, and peaches in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
