This Fall Harvest Shake makes use of all your favorite fall flavors — with a twist.

We blended creamy Snickerdoodle Shakeology with winter squash, allspice, rum extract (!), and orange juice and orange zest to create this gorgeous fall-themed shake.

Orange provides just the right amount of sweetness and bright, citrus flavor to this tasty smoothie.

Pro tip: Look for frozen cooked butternut squash or pumpkin in your grocer’s freezer.

  • ¼ cup / 60 ml 100% orange juice
  • ¾ cup / 180 ml water
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Shakeology
  • ½ cup / 100 g chopped winter squash (like butternut or kabocha)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely grated orange peel (orange zest)
  • ¼ tsp. pure rum extract (or pure vanilla extract)
  • ¼ tsp. ground allspice


  1. Place orange juice, water, ice, squash, Shakeology, orange peel, extract, and allspice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
