Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
Before I started the T25 program, I tried to be as active as possible. As a matter of fact, I was an exercise instructor and a runner. I exercised many days a week; however, no matter how much I ran, how much I thought I was eating properly… I still could not get rid of my belly fat. From running, I stated losing a lot of weight, but I always felt tired and it seemed as if I was also losing muscle. I tried to give blood twice and was turned away due to my anemia and I battled with on and off constipation.3 I was not happy with myself and clothes just didn’t fit properly.
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
I was inspired to start my program because I saw the results my husband had achieved with INSANITY. My husband had ordered INSANITY a year ago and his body changed. I tried to do it, but found it extremely challenging and never completed it. While I was studying Holistic Life Coaching with John Spencer Ellis, I was introduced to Team Beachbody Coaching by him. I signed up as a Coach and ordered the T25 program after looking through all of the challenge packs that were available. I started right away and loved how the workout was intense but only 25 minutes!
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge?
The greatest challenge I faced before beginning the program was wondering if I could stick with it. I have started more programs than I care to share…and have never finished. I actually finished this program, I pushed play every day and because of it, I got amazing results. I noticed I had more energy for my day and my body became more sculpted and stronger. It also increased my endurance to run my races.
What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
I really liked that it was only 25 minutes. I was able to fit it in any time of the day or night without feeling as if my entire day was taken up.
Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I feel like I achieved amazing results. My best results were my abs. I went from having a bloated stomach to a six pack!
How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
My life has changed a lot. Not only did I become a Coach, but since finishing the T25 program, I have started many other people on the program as well. I also feel like I accomplished a major goal. I set out to complete the program and I did! This is the very first time that I actually completed an entire workout program ever.
