Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla (or Vanilla Vegan) Shakeology
  • ½ large banana, cut into chunks
  • ¼ medium ripe avocado, cut into chunks
