Cookies & Creamy High-Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1¼ cups / 300 ml water
- ½ cup / 40 g dry rolled oats
- ½ cup / 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cacao nibs
Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add oats; mix well. Reduce heat to low. Gently boil, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until thick and soft.

Add almond milk, Shakeology, and extract; stir until combined.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cacao nibs. Serve immediately.
