Here's a healthy version of your childhood favorite dessert that you can have every single day!
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
- ½ medium banana
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 14 whole dry-roasted unsalted peanuts, finely chopped, divided use
Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, banana, strawberries, and half of the peanuts in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass; garnish with remaining peanuts. Serve immediately.
