Here's a healthy version of your childhood favorite dessert that you can have every single day!
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
- ½ large banana
- ½ cup / 75 g frozen strawberries
- 14 whole dry-roasted unsalted peanuts, finely chopped, divided use
Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, banana, strawberries, and 7 peanuts in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass; garnish with remaining 7 peanuts. Serve immediately.
