Chocolate Matcha Vegan Energy Balls

Chocolate Matcha Vegan Energy Balls

Matcha, the powdered version of green tea leaves, lends its gorgeous bright green color to this energy ball recipe created by Let’s Eat Cake.

Matcha also adds an extra boost of nutrition, and the just slightly bitter flavor balances the sweetness of the Medjool dates perfectly.
