This lighter, healthier version of chocolate eggnog made with Shakeology is so good, you’ll want to drink it all season long. For a more traditional take on this classic holiday drink, try making it with Vanilla Shakeology.
Ground allspice gives it an exotic spiced flavor. If you don’t have allspice, nutmeg or cinnamon will do the trick, too. A teaspoon of pure rum extract adds the sweet, buttery flavor of rum, without the alcohol or calories. Look for it in the baking section of your grocery store where you would find vanilla extract.

Chocolate Eggnog Shakeology
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- ½ tsp. ground allspice
- 1 tsp. pure rum extract
Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, allspice, and extract ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
