“Before starting T25, I was so unhappy in my own body.
I wasn’t confident at all and hid behind baggy clothing. I’m a stay-at-home mom of three boys, and I felt tired playing with them.
I was at my heaviest weight of 174 pounds after having all my boys within five years. I was eating poorly and not exercising at all.
I’m always on the go and I got into the habit of snacking on unhealthy things and going to the drive-thru at fast-food restaurants. I made excuses that I did not have enough time to go to the gym with three kids.
I just finally made a decision to get healthy. I talked with my husband about it and we decided to try Beachbody since I’d had several friends be successful with it.
I didn’t want to diet, but rather change my lifestyle to become healthier.”
“My biggest problem was snacking on all the things my kids did and then having a glass or two of wine in the evening.
Working out every day encouraged me not to snack because I didn’t want all my hard work to be wasted.
Also, Shakeology helped because I was hungry all the time and it satisfied my sweet tooth!
I was a bit scared of how intense INSANITY MAX:30 was, but I followed the modifier and did my best. Day by day I got stronger and was able to push myself harder and follow the modifier less and less.
I liked that T25 was only 25 minutes a day!!! It was totally doable and set me into a habit of daily exercise. I was able to work out while my little ones napped and still had time for other things — plus have the energy to do them!
T25 proved to me that I could make becoming healthy a reality while still being a good mom.
After two rounds of T25, I went on to do two rounds of MAX:30.
MAX:30 re-ignited my love for fitness, and pushed me to achieve my goals. It was HARD, but I stuck to it and I’m so happy I did.
The accountability [of a Challenge Group] was great and inspired me; checking in each day helped me focus and push through!
I’m proud of myself and my body for what I was able to accomplish and grateful for these amazing programs that were easy to follow, pushed and challenged me, and helped me achieve my goals!
I lost 60 pounds and inches everywhere. I’m very happy with my results. I feel like I toned everything up and lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of strength.

Losing 60 pounds in less than a year has been a big shock to my family and friends.
My family is proud of my commitment and recognizes how hard I’ve worked and how I’ve changed my life with Beachbody!
I feel more comfortable in my body and I want to dress cute again. I have the energy I need to chase after three young boys.
Beachbody helped me feel healthy again and I can’t wait to start the next program!
