Tell us about your life before you started the program. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
I didn’t work out at all when I started Body Beast — I hit 40 and wanted to do something major about the way I looked.
What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
My wife started doing Body Beast and I joined in.
What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge?
Time to work out and meal planning were the greatest challenges.
What in particular did you like about the program you chose?
I love lifting weights.
Describe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. Which achievements are you proud of?
I gained inches on my chest — I feel better and sleep better.
How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program?
My overall fitness is great, and we look for healthy things to eat even when we eat out. It has changed my entire family. I also gave up drinking two to three Mountain Dews a day!
