22 Minute Hard Corps Results: Blair Lost 17.1 Pounds!

Blair had tried P90X over 5 years ago and loved it. Excited to see what Tony’s next program would be, he launched himself into 22 Minute Hard Corps and saw great success! After just eight weeks and an additional Hell Week, he lost 17.1 pounds and 3 inches.

“In my teen years and through adulthood, I’ve done soccer, skiing, and karate. They started as a way to try and be fit. Five years ago, I was preparing to test for my black belt and knew I needed to be in better shape. I decided to try P90X to get ready. Ever since, I’ve been hooked on Tony and Beachbody programs.

I was motivated to try 22 Minute Hard Corps to see what Tony had next. I know how much he does with and for the military, so I also knew this would be a program that made me push harder. I’ve also always wanted to be in better cardio shape. When training for karate, I have to keep up on the mat with the 20-year-olds.

Each 22 Minute Hard Corps workout was full-on from the start. There was no time wasted. Every time I thought about stopping, I’d see the veterans on screen and know they wouldn’t stop, so I couldn’t either. Now, my cardio is back, and I can train harder and longer without the usual fatigue that I used to get.

I didn’t expect as much weight-loss as I received with this program. I never had a specific goal, but I did want to try and wipe two decades off my age. I feel like I came close! Mentally, I feel like I’m 30 again, and I’m going to do my best for my body to keep it up!”
