This recipe calls for mascarpone cheese, but you can sub in cottage cheese or Greek yogurt instead.
Pure rum extract can usually be found at baking supply stores. It’s packaged in small bottles and usually stocked near the vanilla and other flavored extracts.
If you want to use something else, you could substitute the rum extract for an equal amount of vanilla extract.

- 1 cup / 240 ml water
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
- 1 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. pure rum extract
Place water, ice, Shakeology, mascarpone, cocoa powder, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
