Peppermint Mocha Shakeology Protein Bites
If you could "taste" the holidays, they would definitely taste like these Peppermint Mocha Shakeology Protein Bites.
- 2 packets Peppermint Mocha Shakeology
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- ¼ cup dark chocolate mini-baking chips
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Place Shakeology, almond flour, almond butter, coconut flour, honey, and salt in a food processor; cover. Pulse to combine.
Add chocolate chips. Pulse until chips are blended through evenly.
Roll into twelve balls, about 1-inch in diameter each, coating in shredded coconut to finish.
Place in an airtight container; refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
