“You don’t have to give up baking or bingeing holiday movies if those are your family’s festive traditions,” says Beachbody Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews, co-creator of the Morning Meltdown 100 fitness program.

The holidays are the perfect time to invite your friends and loved ones to help cook a healthy meal or do a fun physical activity together.

But her most important tip is to be compassionate toward yourself during this time of year. “If you fall a little off track, it’s OK. Enjoy yourself and just move on,” says Jericho.
