Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ tsp. pure coconut extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp. shaved dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, coconut, and extract (if desired) in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Garnish with chocolate if desired. Serve immediately.
