  • ½ cup low-fat (1%) milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup reduced fat (2%) plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Shakelology
  • ¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup fresh (or frozen) raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place milk, water, yogurt, Shakeology, ricotta, raspberries, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
