This Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup mug cake recreates your favorite chocolate candy in mini-cake form.
All you need is a scoop of Chocolate Recover, almond milk, baking powder, all-natural peanut butter and 5 minutes.
You can also make this mug cake in an oven: Just preheat the oven to 375° F (190 °C), then bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Recover Mug Cake
This Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Recover mug cake recreates your favorite chocolate candy in mini-cake form.
- 1 scoop Beachbody Performance Chocolate Whey or Plant-Based Recover
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ⅓ cup / 80 ml unsweetened almond milk (or water)
- 2 tsp. all-natural peanut butter (or sunflower butter)
Add Recover and baking powder to serving mug; mix well.
Add almond milk; stir to combine.
Drop peanut butter into center of mixture; do not stir.
Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately.
