Espresso Zabaione Mocktail
High in fiber and protein, the Caffe Latte Shakeology Espresso Zabaione Mocktail makes for a lovely treat and a great nutritional addition to your day.
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp. pure rum extract
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp. finely grated lemon peel (lemon zest)
Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, maple syrup, extract, and cardamom in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass; garnish with lemon peel. Serve immediately.
Tip: If you have a milk frother, try topping your zabaione with 2 Tbsp. of frothed almond milk. Sprinkle lemon zest on the froth.
