Espresso Zabaione Mocktail

Ever had an espresso zabaglione (or zabaione)? Neither have we!
But while the classic Italian dessert sounds like heaven — a custardy, mousse-like confection made with eggs, sugar, and espresso — it’s not something you can have every day, so we asked our genius recipe developers to come up with a tasty and nutritious alternative.
The result — the Espresso Zabaione Mocktail!
Now you can enjoy the luxurious flavors of the original toothsome treat and stay on track with your healthy eating plan.
Whip up our version using Cafe Latte Whey Shakeology, espresso, milk, ice, maple syrup, and rum extract.
Shakeology, milk, and ice blend up to provide the creamy, smooth base while a shot of espresso gives your mocktail a rich coffee-flavored kick. A touch of maple syrup and rum extract finish off this delectable, dessert-like smoothie.
Feeling super fancy? Top your espresso zabaione with vanilla whipped cream.
This mocktail recipe is the perfect way to elevate your daily Shakeology ritual.
