When you purchase Beachbody On Demand access, you’ll be asked to create your login information.
Simply follow the prompts to complete account creation. The confirmation screen will list the steps you should follow to get started.

Can I stream workouts on multiple devices?
Yup, you can stream workouts via your iPhone, tablet, laptop, and other devices.
Can I stream Beachbody On Demand workouts without using the Beachbody On Demand app?
For devices that do not currently have a Beachbody On Demand app, users may be able to stream from their computer, tablet, or smartphone web browser to their TV. This is called “mirroring.”
To get the workouts on the big screen using Google Chromecast or Apple TV, follow the instructions here.
For other devices like Amazon FireTV, Amazon Fire Stick, or Roku, it is often possible to use mirroring to stream from a browser to a TV.

Can I stream a second workout if I don’t complete the first workout?
We aim to please. If you’re not feelin’ a workout after you pushed play and want to switch to another one, you can do so easily and without restrictions.
Where can I find the program guides and nutrition plans?
Select the program you want, scroll or click on “program materials” and you’ll be able to view or download PDFs for the quick start, fitness, and nutrition guides as well as the workout calendar, playlists, frequently asked questions, and any other related materials.
How can I monitor my heart rate while I complete Beachbody On Demand workouts?
Connect your Apple Watch or Wahoo TICKR to the Beachbody On Demand app. Your live data will be overlaid on the workout display.

Yes, subtitles are available for all Beachbody On Demand workouts.
