Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
  • 1 tsp. tamarind paste
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ cup / 80 g chopped fresh mango
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped unsalted macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Place coconut milk, Shakeology, and tamarind paste in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour coconut milk mixture into small glass bowl (or pint jar). Add chia seeds; mix well.

  3. Cover; refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, mixing after 2 hours.

  4. Garnish with mango and macadamia nuts just before serving. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
