Tiramisu Mug Cake
This cozy mug recreates the rich decadence of the Italian dessert — with superfood nutrition, too!
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup / 120 g unsweetened applesauce
- 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp. rum extract
- 1 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese
Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.
Add egg to mug; lightly beat with fork. Add applesauce, Shakeology, cocoa powder, and extract; stir until well incorporated.
Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with mascarpone cheese. Serve warm.
