  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Whey (or Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. dry rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped


  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, oats, and walnuts in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
