Strawberry Mojito Shake
Sparkling water, fresh lime juice, and mint make this Shakeology recipe taste like a refreshing strawberry mojito cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml sparkling water, divided use
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp. lime peel, finely grated (lime zest)
- fresh mint sprig (for garnish; optional)
- strawberry slice (for garnish; optional)
Instructions

Place ½ cup (120 ml) sparkling water, lime juice, ice, Shakeology, mint, and lime peel in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Add remaining ½ cup (120 ml) sparkling water; mix well. Pour into a serving glass; garnish with mint and strawberry slice (if desired). Serve immediately.
