S’mores Mug Cake

S’mores are a classic campfire treat, but you can re-create the same cozy flavors and campfire feels with this recipe at home. (No fire or sharpened sticks required!)
It’s so incredibly easy and quick to make this S’mores Cookies & Creamy Shakeology Mug Cake.
All you need is an egg, applesauce, Shakeology, chocolate chips, and marshmallow flavor extract — put it all in a mug, microwave for 3 minutes and done!
You can also make this mug cake in an oven: Preheat your oven to 375° F (190 °C); bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

S'mores Mug Cake
This mug cake is the perfect cozy dessert or snack when you're craving something sweet and delightful — and don't want to share!
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup / 120 g unsweetened applesauce
- 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Shakeology
- 1 tsp. semi-sweet (or dark) chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp. marshmallow flavor extract
- ¼ plain Graham cracker sheet, crushed
Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.
Add egg to mug; lightly beat with fork. Add applesauce, Shakeology, chocolate chips, and extract; stir until well incorporated.
Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with Graham cracker. Serve warm.
