This shamrock-colored smoothie is made with kiwi, lots of fresh mint, and a touch of maple syrup.

The flavor is light and refreshing and sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth any day of the year.

For extra holiday cheer, we made this Shamrock Smoothie with Greenberry Shakeology, but it tastes great with Vanilla or Strawberry Shakeology, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology
  • 1 medium kiwifruit peeled, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp. pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, Shakeology, kiwi, mint leaves, maple syrup, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
