Gingersnap Cookie Shakeology
This Gingersnap Cookie Shakeology smoothie is the perfect way to enjoy the warmth and coziness of gingersnap cookies without falling off the healthful eating wagon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup / 170 g ice
- 1 scoop Cookies & Creamy Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
- 1 pitted date
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger (or 1 tsp. ground ginger)
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground clove
Instructions

Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, date, ginger, cinnamon, and clove in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; serve immediately.
