Double Chocolate No-Bake Vegan Brownies

You can’t go wrong with classic brownies.
But you know what’s better than brownies? Vegan brownies.
And you know what’s better than vegan brownies? Double Chocolate No-Bake Vegan Brownies. (Mic drop).
This vegan brownie recipe only has four ingredients and you can assemble it in 10 minutes.
Pop them in the fridge to set for an hour, and you’ll have yourself a batch of brownies that blow that baked box stuff out of the water.

Double Chocolate No-Bake Vegan Brownies
These vegan brownies are going to be your new favorite treat!
Ingredients
- ½ cup mashed ripe banana about 1 medium
- ½ cup all-natural smooth peanut butter
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 scoops Chocolate Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology
Instructions

Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with plastic wrap (or aluminum foil). Set aside.

Combine banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and Shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula.

Press chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour so that brownies set.

Cut into sixteen brownies.

Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
