Made with creamy Vanilla Shakeology and chocolate graham crackers, it tastes just like a cookies-and-cream milkshake – and it’s actually good for you.
While chocolate graham crackers aren’t necessarily the healthiest food you can eat, one sheet is perfectly fine to have on occasion as a nice substitute for a chocolate cookie.
Look for graham crackers that use whole-grain flour and aren’t loaded with tons of added sugar.

Cookies and Cream Smoothie
Ditch the cookies and make this devilishly good cookies-and-cream smoothie instead! It tastes just like a cookies-and-cream milkshake – and it’s actually good for you.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 4 chocolate graham crackers (1 cracker sheet), broken into large pieces
Instructions

Place almond milk, ice, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Add crackers; cover. Blend until just mixed.
