Ditch the cookies and make this devilishly good cookies-and cream-smoothie instead!

Made with creamy Vanilla Shakeology and chocolate graham crackers, it tastes just like a cookies-and-cream milkshake – and it’s actually good for you.

While chocolate graham crackers aren’t necessarily the healthiest food you can eat, one sheet is perfectly fine to have on occasion as a nice substitute for a chocolate cookie.

Look for graham crackers that use whole-grain flour and aren’t loaded with tons of added sugar.

One sheet of graham crackers (made up of four smaller crackers) counts as one yellow container (carbohydrate) for certain Beachbody nutrition plans.

But other nutrition plans such as 21 Day Fix Extreme omit these treats and 80 Day Obsession only allows them on Refeed Days so check your guide and count it accordingly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • 4 chocolate graham crackers (1 cracker sheet), broken into large pieces

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add crackers; cover. Blend until just mixed.
