Coconut Smoothie With Lime

Coconut Smoothie With Lime

Put the lime in this Coconut Smoothie and daydream yourself away to the tropics. Coconut milk and Vanilla Shakeology comprise the base of this refreshing beverage; and a squeeze of fresh lime juice provides refreshing tartness.

If you’ve never used coconut extract before, know that a little goes a long way. It can usually be found in the baking aisle, near the extracts of vanilla, almond, mint, and more.

Coconut extract is a great way to mimic the tropical flavor of coconut-based liqueurs without the alcohol or coconut cream.

Pump up the lime flavor and aroma even more by garnishing your Coconut Smoothie with a dusting of lime zest and create a tropical mocktail people will write songs about.
