For this creamy, delicious Ayurveda shake, all you need to do is add Vanilla Shakeology, coconut milk beverage, and warming spices like turmeric, ginger, anise, and pumpkin pie spice to a shaker cup.

- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey (or Vanilla Plant-Based Vegan) Shakeology
- 2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- ½ tsp. ground anise
Place water, coconut milk, Shakeology, turmeric, pumpkin pie spice, ginger, and anise in blender bottle; cover. Shake well to combine.
