Morning Meltdown 100 is meant for anyone looking to make a commitment to complete 100 workouts. Although an intermediate level program, Morning Meltdown 100 offers an on screen modifier option so there is never an excuse to quit–especially when a live DJ makes it feel like a party!

What Are the Workouts Like?

Jericho splits the 100 workouts into 5 phases, 20 workouts in each phase. You’ll complete 10 workouts, then crank up the intensity by adding challenges to the next 10. At 20–30 minutes each, you might want to do two a day as you get stronger.
