Ready for a challenge that will supercharge your results? HIIT Your Goals is a 3-week program featuring the fun and motivating tag team trainer duo Jesse and Justin. They will show you how cross training with high intensity rides, cardio and strength floor work yield ALL the benefits. Get ready to burn fat and calories, sculpt lean muscle, rev your abs and HIIT those goals!

What Are The Workouts Like?

Jesse and Justin designed this intermediate/advanced program to make the most of every minute. Each workout is unique, ranges from 20-45 minutes, and utilizes either the bike, dumbbells, your bodyweight, or a combination. Expect to sweat and work hard, even if you choose the modified version, and stay tuned for your trainers' tag team floor workouts; they're sure to make you laugh.

Jesse is a one-of-a-kind combo of laid back and hardcore. A NASM CPT, Schwinn Certified Cycling Instructor, and 200 RTY, Jesse is also a devoted Mom and former model with an MA in Psychology, and an avid runner with many half and full marathons under her belt. She knows the value of hard work and will share that fire with you in every workout!
