Get Started with Yoga

Day 1: Yoga Foundation
with Donna Scro Samori

Welcome to yoga! Donna will get you started with some basic yoga poses on the mat and set a good foundation to build upon.

Day 2: Signature Basics
with Donna Scro Samori

On Day 2, Donna teaches you more simple yoga poses with a focus on full body moves that feel good head to toe.

Day 3: Balance and Strength
with Donna Scro Samori

Join Donna as you dive a little deeper and explore some strong, fierce and playful poses.

Day 4: Beginner Flow
with Donna Scro Samori

Today you’ll put the poses you’ve learned, along with a few new poses, into a gentle flow.

Day 5: Yoga Celebration

Put it all together! In the final class of this series, you will put together all that you have learned, leaving you feeling strong, confident, and ready to explore more yoga classes.
