Welcome to yoga! Donna will get you started with some basic yoga poses on the mat and set a good foundation to build upon.

Is 5 Day Beginner Yoga Right For Me?

If you're ready to begin your yoga journey but don't quite know where to start, expert Donna Scro Samori will ease you into it by introducing you to the basics in 5 short days. She will teach you fundamental, foundational poses focused on strength, balance, and calm. By the end of the week, you'll have the confidence to step into any class and experience all the benefits yoga has to offer.

What Are The Workouts Like?

You'll start with foundational breath work and work your way daily through strength, balance and flexibility poses. Each 15 minute session builds skill from the previous day, and on Day 5 you will combine everything you've learned in a 20 minute celebration! Donna's gentle guidance encourages you to go at your own pace and listen to your body. For best results, follow the calendar provided.

What Equipment Do I Need?

No equipment is needed to complete 5 Day Beginner Yoga, but for optimum comfort, we recommend using a yoga mat and keeping a pillow or a yoga block handy.
