Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese brings you an innovative, in-home program that delivers the full-body benefits of Pilates — without pricey (and often intimidating) studio classes and expensive equipment. Using controlled resistance, Track Pilates activates core-stabilizing muscles to help improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture. The joint-friendly workouts are ideal for every fitness level. You’ll strengthen your entire body through 30-minute workouts done 4 times a week. Each session focuses on a specific area of the body, as well as other key fitness components, like stamina and cardio. Track Pilates’ nine workouts repeat over 4 weeks.

What Are Track Pilates Workouts Like?

The Track Pilates program includes 9 unique workouts that repeat over the course of 4 weeks. Each 30-minute workout focuses on a different part of the body, or critical fitness component, like stamina and cardio. The workouts include Track Pilates Total Body 1 and 2, which focuses on full-body mobility, flexibility, and core strength, Track Pilates Lower & Core 1 and 2 to build a strong foundation with a lower-body flow. You’ll activate your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core to enhance mobility and strength. Next up: Track Pilates Upper & Core 1 and 2, to sculpt your back, chest, shoulders, arms, and core while reinforcing proper posture, alignment, and muscular endurance. Pilates Synergy is a full-body flow that harmonizes movement and breath to help improve overall strength, stamina, and elasticity. Pilates Stamina taps into deep strength and long-lasting endurance in a workout that will help develop the muscular control needed to power through anything. Finally, Pilates Sweat is a heart-pumping session that fuses core stability, mobility, and strength, leaving you feeling strong and energized.
