What Are the Workouts Like?

Freak Week follows the same format, pace, and intensity as 9 Week Control Freak. These 25- to 35-minute workouts include 3 DCT-T, 1 Total Body Tone, and 1 Tabata-style cardio that will help you take control of your fitness, and help you sculpt lean muscle and incinerate fat. Add a 10-minute bonus workout to any day to target your upper body or abs, and burn even more calories. Freak Week can be done by itself, or once you’ve completed the full program.
