Add Shakeology, coconut milk, and extract to a blender; cover. Blend until smooth; mixture will be thick. This can also be done in a tall glass using an immersion blender.
Divide Shakeology mixture evenly between two ice pop molds. Insert a popsicle stick into each pop. Freeze for 4 hours, or until hard.
Freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
