This silky Shakeology sorbet makes a deliciously chocolatey, pepperminty dessert.
Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until mixture is smooth and thick, adding more ice if necessary.
Pour into a serving bowl; serve immediately, or freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month. If frozen, let sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
